What types of work can Canadian River Home Services do?
We offer general handyman repairs, product and furniture assembly, routine home maintenance, bulb and alarm-battery changes, mounting and installation, door and cabinet hardware, organization, seasonal tasks and rental-property punch lists. All work is subject to job-site review and applicable licensing requirements.
Can I combine multiple small projects into one visit?
Absolutely. Tell us the full list of tasks when you request service. We can help prioritize them and determine the appropriate amount of time and materials.
Can you change light bulbs that are difficult to reach?
Yes, when access conditions allow safe work. Provide the approximate ceiling height and location so we can determine suitable equipment before the appointment.
Do you assemble furniture purchased online or from a retailer?
Yes. We can assemble many flat-pack products, desks, beds, storage systems, outdoor furniture and other kits. Please have the products and instructions on-site and let us know the manufacturer and model.
Do you offer painting?
No. Interior or exterior painting is not offered through our handyman services.
Can you handle licensed electrical, plumbing or HVAC work?
Standard handyman appointments do not include work that legally requires a trade license. Depending on the project and availability, we can discuss an appropriate licensed trade or separate Canadian River division.
Do you service rental homes and small businesses?
Yes. We can assist with defined property-maintenance requests, turnover punch lists, routine care and light commercial handyman tasks.
How much will my service cost?
Pricing depends on the work, time, materials and site conditions. Submit a service request with details and photos if available, and we will discuss the scope and pricing before work begins.
Can I request an appointment online?
Yes. Use the Request Service form to tell us about your project and preferred time. Submitting a request is not an appointment confirmation; our team will contact you to review availability.
